SHIPPING

Where do you ship too?

We ship internationally too! Each week we send packages to lots of destinations worldwide

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependant on where you are in the world. For the UK, royal mail is normally 1-3 days as a rule. International orders around 1 - 3 weeks

How do I track my order?

If you have selected tracked postage at the checkout you will be sent an email with your tracking details on it.

Where is my order?

If you think your order is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. If you order is tracked we can replace or resend. Please note, orders with standard shipping cannot be resent or refunded - so pleased select tracked shipping.

International Orders?

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.If an item arrives defective: if for some reason your item arrives defective due to shipping etc please return the items to us and we will be happy to replace or refund the item once received. ***(please remember, all return costs are paid by the buyer)  ***If you do not pick up your delivery from your pick up point or its undelivered for any reason, and it is returned to us, you the customer is liable for the return cost and reshipping.

If you require a refund after the items are undelivered and returned to us, the shipping return cost will be taken from the original price of your order and the balance refunded.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is reliable but we do recommend you use tracked shipping for your package and peace of mind.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

I WILL GLADLY ACCEPT REFUNDS & RETURNS

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping costs)

We cannot accept cancellations 

Preorders and personalised items cannot be cancelled as the items are made to order and begin production after order is received.


**PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS MUST BE UNUSED & IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING ( they must be in the packaging in which they left our premises and in a resell able condition.  Please email paperlaneplannerco@gmail.com

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Preorder or personalised orders

Digital downloads

During sales all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed (this overrides our usual 24 hour cancellation policy) 

**DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send your request within 24 hours of ordering, orders cannot be cancel after the 24hr period.

All personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to solve.

Sale items are non-refundable neither can they be exchanged.

All purchases during a sale are final.

Can I edit my order?

Once your order has been placed it cannot be either edited or changed.

Please make sure your address is correct and you are purchasing the correct items at checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to incorect address or non collection at the sorting office sorting office you will need to cover the cost of tracked shipping for your parcel to be resent.

Can I combine multiple order?

Unfortunately we cannot combine multiple orders.

All sales placed during discounted times are final.

Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Codes can be used on all items in the shop unless otherwise stated.
